The old idea was that if you work harder you’ll get better results. That is now pretty well recognised for the myth that it is . The ‘prophet’ Pareto showed us that we can make better progress (profit) by stripping our activities and concerns back to a small authentic core - i.e focus on the ‘vital few’.
The message is, stop doing anything that doesn’t add value. Ask the question: How much do you do each day out of unquestioned habit or a misguided sense of duty?
Understanding the 80/20 rule can make your life and your business  so much happier and profitable! In fact the vital few 20% is sixteen times more beneficial than the 80%useful many!
