I recently asked a staff member at a hardware chain: "What's the difference between these two products please?" The reply I got triggered a strong response from me... I've never been back to that store.
In response to my simple question the staff member said: "Haven't got a clue." What made it worse was that she had been referred to me as the "expert."
Am I being too critical? What would you do?
I've just added a downloadable file. It's called "Good Grief". What prompted me to do this was a clip on TV the other night. This kind-hearted woman has opened a little shop. People can walk in from the street, have a cuppa and just talk. She said by far the most common topic was grief. "We've all lost something" she says, " and that triggers grief."
In my own experience I've noticed many folk have little idea of what grief is or how to deal with it. So I've added something I wrote previously for my Coaching clients. Please help yourself to the free download. (You'll find it on the "Better Life" page.)
